hi what port to open on firewall for chat?

"Failed to load room 'member_main'. Server error: There was an error trying to find a server to play on. Are you connected to the internet? Status code: 0. Trying again in 5 seconds."

Yes I am connected to the internet, and I run a custom egress firewall. If the chatbox uses an unusual port number, need to open it.
