"Owning" a space on the page

People who have a rep of +50 and up should be able to have their own area where other people can't draw on. The user could have the possibility to chose who is allowed in their private area by typing in the chat something like "/allow (Username)". I think this a good way to reward talented frequent users who enjoy this site and want others to see their artwork without getting griefed by some random kid.
