Cannot log out or log in - Stuck saying "loading session data"

Recently when I try to log in by clicking on the Account button, the screen just goes black and says loading session data... in black. I can see it if I press CTRL+A to highlight everything. I can hit escape to exit the overlay, but I can't log in or out now, unless I use Incognito Mode on Chrome or Private Mode on IE. I don't like using Anondraw that way because I cannot save my favorite locations. It happens on Android as well, but I can hit "Request Desktop Site" and the menu to login/out appears. Thanks!
